Porch Repair

We thought porch was settling JB sent their rep out and he said our posts were to short and they could put longer ones in no problem. The guy who came out to do repair and said he would recommend the porch get wedged up and we were then quoted a higher price, which we did not budget for so we called office asking why he only quoted for half a job. JB had the worker wedge up the porch plus put new posts in and get it all squared away for original quote. They went above and beyond to fix our issue. Have used in past and will use again if needed.
