Good Customer Service
Stephanie was our contact person throughout the process of replacing skylights. After emailing us the estimate she contacted us to see that we received it and to answer any questions. Once the contract was signed she contacted us to arrange an installation day. She was always professional and friendly. Caprice filled in for Stephanie at times and they had good communication between them so that they each knew what was happening with our job. We've dealt with other companies and this level of consistent service is rare. Greatly appreciated!
