We recently had the roof replaced by J&B West – on our home and two small out-buildings in New Buffalo; I can only say superlative things about the process and outcome. From the initial interaction with Harmony, to the estimates by Llogan, to George’s help in selecting the new shingles and arranging a rushed schedule to beat the July4th holidays, to Joe and the entire crew for the work, to the followup afterwards to ensure our satisfaction --- every interaction was professional, knowledgeable, timely, courteous, and pleasant. I’ve never seen a crew work so diligently and in such good spirits – and they completed the entire job in one day as promised. I was most impressed with their care in protecting landscaping around the house and the thoroughness of the clean-up --- not a nail to be found in the yard afterwards. We also had gutter-guards installed – and that was equally top-flight in every way. And on top of that, Joe’s observations and recommendations for some additional gutter work that should be done on the roof was extraordinarily helpful - and I’ll certainly engage J&BWest to do that when the time comes. I would recommend J&BWest with no reservations whatsoever.

J b west is quality from start to finish. From all the people in the office the communication was excellent. To the supervisors matt , Kody .the gutter guy didn't get to meet him . The subcontractors that worked with 100 degree heat index and kept smiling all day and worked on my house as if it was their own and cleaned up everything they went above and beyond on everything roof, siding, gutters I can't say enough. Then when I think their all done JB sends Greg out who is quality control to make sure everything thing is up to JB west standards . He goes over every thing with a fine tooth comb. I worked on construction sites for a long time and these guys do it right. With that said I would like to thank JB west And all their workers sorry i don't remember everyone names

I would recommend JB West to anyone needing a roof. They are absolute roofing bosses in every department. From the time Howard came to give us a quote, to Brian and the office personnel handle all the details of our project expertly. Every time I called with a question, it was handled fast, correct and efficient. The delivery of all our materials came a few days before the job. It was a seamless delivery. The day of the installation, Frank and his crew bombed it out like bosses. The roof and six skylights were all replaced and installed in one day. The team worked great together and our roof looks amazing and the job site was left spotless. J & B Replaced the roof on my pole barn and my house about a year and a half ago. Great Job, and very happy with it. Then last year my daughter’s roof was in need of replacement. They had seen the work done on my house and how happy I was with it , and they too selected J & B to replace their roof. Again another happy customer. Not done yet… Then last year my sister in law’s ask me to help her get estimates to replace her roof. She got a few estimates and wanted help selecting the contractor, I reviewed them and suggested she get one more from J&B. I contacted Brad for the third time and as always before he was great. He sat with her and explained everything to her. J & B was a few dollars more but because Brad spent his time with her she selected J&B. Again, another great job. They do what they say they’ll do, when they say they’ll do it. And they do a fantastic job. Finally last week I had a tree fall on my barn and tore up a bunch on shingles. I called J& B to look at it for an estimate. 4 days later Tim showed up right on time. Tim looked at it and give me an estimate. I asked him when they could get to it. Tim’s reply, I’ll fix it now. A couple hours later, Tim had removed all the damage and replaced. Wow. What a great Job. I highly recommend J& B West. They are a great crew and do great work!!!

I was happy with the work done on my roof. Clean up needs improvement. Too many nails left in my yard and driveway.

Brett came out to get a quote for a repair on some shingles damaged by wind. He determined the repair was way less than I first thought since only 2 shingles were damaged. He replaced the shingles on the spot, leaving the roof as good as new. Awesome service like that keeps me using JB West anytime storms damage my roof (which unfortunately has been frequently).
