My experience with J&B has been one of the most pleasurable I have ever had with a business. Brad came to my home very quickly to give me an estimate for a new roof which was quite reasonable. After signing a contract, I assumed I would have to wait forever, but I was called the next week and a date was set up. On that date, everyone arrived and finished the shingles portion that day. When I came home from work, I had a beautiful new roof and not a speck of mess. To this day, I have not found a nail on the ground. The next day another crew came out to finish the rubber portion of the roof. They all were very friendly and, again, quite efficient. The project manager that day was fantastic. When it came time to pay the final bill, the office staff was so nice and accommodating. From start to finish, I have been 100% pleased.

We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received from J&B West Roofing on our recent storm damage claim. Everyone from Senior Sales Estimator Brad, to the foreman Matt, as well as the ladies in the office treated us with professionalism and respect. They were all very helpful throughout the entire process from start to finish. The work was completed all in one day, even with the added surprise problem of the roof needing a total re-decking. And the cleanup was very complete and thorough. It's like they were never here. I highly recommend J&B West Roofing.

J & B Replaced the roof on my pole barn and my house about a year and a half ago. Great Job, and very happy with it. Then last year my daughter’s roof was in need of replacement. They had seen the work done on my house and how happy I was with it , and they too selected J & B to replace their roof. Again another happy customer. Not done yet… Then last year my sister in law’s ask me to help her get estimates to replace her roof. She got a few estimates and wanted help selecting the contractor, I reviewed them and suggested she get one more from J&B. I contacted Brad for the third time and as always before he was great. He sat with her and explained everything to her. J & B was a few dollars more but because Brad spent his time with her she selected J&B. Again, another great job. They do what they say they’ll do, when they say they’ll do it. And they do a fantastic job. Finally last week I had a tree fall on my barn and tore up a bunch on shingles. I called J& B to look at it for an estimate. 4 days later Tim showed up right on time. Tim looked at it and give me an estimate. I asked him when they could get to it. Tim’s reply, I’ll fix it now. A couple hours later, Tim had removed all the damage and replaced. Wow. What a great Job. I highly recommend J& B West. They are a great crew and do great work!!!

Excellent Service, Great Communication, Prompt
Today I signed my 3rd contract with J&B West in the last 3 years. Two years ago we reroofed our home , Last week we had Vertical siding installed on our Gable ends over our front porch and Garage. Today we signed a contract to do our Gable ends in the back of the house because we liked the ones in the front so much. I have worked with Brad on all three projects. I have costed out building homes for over 30 years and Brad's numbers are spot on. He is very friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. We could not be any happier with the work that J&B West does. I have already gotten two of my surrounding neighbors to use them to redo their roofs. Their work speaks for itself.

I recently had my roof replaced by J & B West Roofing, and I must say, the experience was top-notch from start to finish.
