I have been very pleased with my exterior improvements by J B West and company. From the initial conversation with Matt as he guided me through the process, to the updates from Michell and expert coordination with Kim. The work finally began as promised. Jared and his crew worked tirelessly through less than ideal weather conditions. Jared even braved going into my attic to correct a ventilation issue. Roofing was completed in just one day. Siding work started the next week and again the weather did not deter Devin and his crew. They even went out of their way to save a little bird nest that had just been built in a decorative detail over my garage door. New gutters really look great. Kim kept a close eye on the project.
