During a recent all day rain noticed a roof like on my five year old roof. Emailed description and 3 pictures to Kyle Crabtree. Tuesday J&B West repairman Gilbert Bradford arrived and fixed the roof leak. Gilbert was so nice and professional and certainly was a professional and great employee with J&B West….Thank you Kyle and Gilbert.

My repair was done by Brad. He was very kind. At the end, he explained me what he has done.

Brad showed up to remove a decorative wall from my rubber roof. Did a great job, he was friendly and professional. Did great patch work, fast and efficient. Cleaned up after himself left no trace of any work being done.
